Victoria Lee
Victoria is a corporate attorney with over a decade of experience at leading law firms, in-house at a high-growth tech startup, and in private practice. She has also spent several years in the technology industry as an engineer and product manager, a background that gives her an unusually practical understanding of how technology products are built, how tech companies operate, and what her clients need from their contracts.
She advises companies on the full range of commercial agreements and financing transactions they encounter at every stage of growth.
Victoria’s technology practice covers SaaS agreements, DaaS agreements, EULAs, user license agreements, data processing addenda, privacy notices, vendor and consulting agreements, and statements of work. She also counsels clients on data privacy compliance, including frameworks under CCPA/CPRA and other applicable state privacy laws.
Credentials Victoria received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2013 and graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from UC Berkeley. She has held positions at Sheppard Mullin, Seward & Kissel, and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
